All maintenance and repair works reported to Luxcon’s office must have the landlord’s prior approval to proceed. Should the repair be of an urgent nature (as specified in the Tenancy Agreement), or if the cost is less than the landlord’s predetermined spending limit, repairs will be actioned immediately.
