Make way for Luxcon – Sales Records, Site Acquisitions and Major Milestones

It has been a big week in the Luxcon office across all of our projects and acquisitions.
Our flagship development “Eighty Eight” Kensington received Strata registration early this morning after 2 years of construction, which is one of the final milestones in our $145m development. We are thrilled to begin welcoming residents into the building and we know that this will be an exciting time for all purchasers.
Over in Epping, our Jardine Residences – the first in our Limited Edition Collection range has come out of the ground and had it’s ground floor slab poured this week which marks a very important milestone. This building will now begin to fly 23 storeys up over the next 9 months to establish itself as the most exclusive tower in Epping.
Both projects have had record sales exchanged in their suburbs  for 3 bedroom apartments at over $18,000 per sqm, an unbelievable result and a sign that our efforts in creating a true luxurious residences is well recognised by our clients.
And finally we are very excited to add the next addition to our Limited Edition Collection range in the exclusive Rose Bay village by completing the amalgamation of a prime site on the corner of Dover and Old South Head Road. DA will be lodged next month for a $75m Mixed use Development with which Luxcon will redefine the area’s streetscape and set a new standard in this exclusive village hub.
